Choose 2, 4, or 8 Visits per calendar month, with 60 minutes of dedicated companionship in each standard Visit. Monthly plans start at $600.

Your family member’s invitation reads: “enjoy the company!” We hope they will accept. SageWing Visitors take care of all prep and follow-through.
Each standard Visit includes:

Time together guided by your relative’s interests and their willingness to participate.
> Preparation and travel
We prepare for the Visit and travel to the agreed location within our service area.
> A factual Visit Report
A thorough account of the afternoon, featuring relevant observations and communication for authorized contacts.
> Your SageWing™ Client Portal
Keep the practical side of your Visits under one digital roof. Use your secure client portal to arrange appointments, manage billing, exchange documents, and send secure messages. Where appropriate, we can connect multiple authorized people around your relative, with access guided by agreed permissions. We can help you get acquainted with the portal too.
Your Visit fee includes preparation, travel, and reporting.

Existing clients can arrange additional Visits for $300 a time, subject to availability. We can discuss your options before you select a plan.
Choosing Your Visit Dates
We work around you and your relative’s availability, fitting time in around existing appointments or regular activities they wouldn’t dream of missing.
Explore our available slots and choose Visit dates that work for your family member, or build a familiar routine with recurring days, as available.
Your plan includes a fixed number of Visits per calendar month. For example, a 4-Visit plan includes four visits even if the month has five Tuesdays. We’ll make sure everyone’s clear on everything when arranging your dates.
THE INTRODUCTORY VISIT
First, let’s see how we get along.
After an initial chat with you, we can arrange a 30-40-minute Introductory Visit. We’ll follow your family member’s interests and give the conversation time to find its groove.
$200 for one Introductory Visit
The fee includes an abbreviated written Visit Report, as well as a personal follow-up conversation with the Client, subject to appropriate communication permissions.
An Introductory Visit is not an obligation to enroll. If everyone is keen to carry on, we’ll help you choose the right monthly plan and arrange all the details.

Companionship in the Greater San Diego Area
SageWing™ serves families within a 35-mile radius of Escondido, California, in addition to the entirety of the City of San Diego and south Orange County. We can Visit at home or in permitted care settings, including when someone’s circumstances and surroundings change.
Simply tell us where your family member is living or staying, and we’ll confirm whether we can come to them. Before arranging a Visit, we check the location’s access requirements and organize all necessary permissions.
Wherever we meet, your family member’s wishes stay at the heart of it all.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much does senior companionship cost?
A: Monthly plans cost $600 for two Visits, $1,200 for four, or $2,400 for eight. Each standard Visit includes 60 minutes of companionship, with preparation, travel, and reporting covered by the fee.
Q: Can I book a single Visit?
A: Absolutely. Prospective clients can arrange a $200 Introductory Visit before committing to a monthly plan. Ongoing service follows the monthly-plan structure, with additional standard Visits available to current clients for $300 a time (subject to availability).
Q: What if my relative doesn’t want to participate?
A: We respect their decision. They never owe us their participation. If the SageWing™ Visitor arrives and remains available for the required period, the Visit ordinarily counts as used under our service terms.
Q: What if the Visit starts late?
A: Late starts may shorten the time together, as we are unable to restart our availability period when the person becomes available. Rest assured that we will explain all arrival and waiting arrangements in our service terms before you agree to anything.
Q: Who can receive Visit Reports?
A: We only share reports with appropriately authorized contacts, following your family member’s preferences and all agreed communication permissions. We take privacy seriously, which is why paying for our service does not automatically grant access to the visitee’s information.
Q: When will I receive the Visit Report?
A: We prepare a Visit Report after each scheduled Visit and ordinarily make it available to appropriately authorized recipients within 24 hours. If something requires more timely communication, we address that separately rather than waiting for the routine Report.
